Tuesday - Thursday, May 26-28, 2026, 8 am-4 pm
International Culinary Workshop
Three 8-hour days to use traditional ingredients and cooking methods from a variety of cultures
Baking and Pastry
Three 8-hour days will include a variety of baked goods and pastries.
Daily lunch, hat, and apron included. Participants required to have long pants, close-toed non-slip shoes, and a knife kit (paring, chefs, and boning knife).
Registration Cost $425
Knife Roll Cost $150 available with registration.
This MERCER knife kit includes a chef’s knife, paring knife, boning knife, bread knife, carving knife, peeler, thermometer, measuring spoons, knife sharpener, and case.
Friday, May 29, 2026, 8 am-12 pm review & 1 - 3 pm exam
ServSafe Manager Certification/Re-certification

A pre-test will be sent to each participant, for review/study.
The day includes a 4-hour review session prior to the exam.
Lunch, Paper exam/Answer sheet, and proctoring included.

Graduate Level College Credit available
Future FCS Teachers HALF-PRICE
PSU/KSU FCS College Education students & student teachers
Local Perkins funds can cover attendance costs.
