Space is limited to 24 participants,

Monday - Wednesday, June 10-12, 2024, 8 am-4 pm

Intro to Fundamentals of Culinary

Taught by Chef Chadwick Isom of the NICHE

​

Daily lunch, hat, and apron included. Participants required to have long pants, close-toed non-slip shoes, and a knife kit (paring, chefs, and boning knife). 

​

Registration Cost $400 

Knife Roll Cost $140 available with registration.

This MERCER knife kit includes a chef’s knife, paring knife, boning knife, bread knife, carving knife, peeler, thermometer, measuring spoons, knife sharpener, and case.

Thursday, June 13, 2024,  8 am-2 pm review & 2 - 4 pm exam 

ServSafe Manager Certification/Re-certification

A pre-test will be sent to each participant, for review/study.

The day includes a 5-hour review session prior to the exam.

Lunch, Paper exam/Answer sheet, and proctoring included.
